Vipp The Chair – vipp451 – Black

The Vipp chair is suitable for the dining or living room and is the first chair introduced in Vipp’s portfolio of furniture. The chair features a powder-coated or polished aluminum frame with rounded armrests and a slim backrest. The upholstery is available in either black or sand-colored leather with unique characteristics.

After five years in the making, Vipp’s material trademark through 85 years, powder-coated metal, has been fused with tactile upholsteries in the creation of the very first Vipp chair. The slender armrests continue straight into the discreet padded backrest, giving the Vipp chair an almost airy expression despite of its solid components.

Industrially Framed
Only a thin layer of protection covers the aniline leather, exposing its natural marks and intensifying the silky feel of the matte surface. Inimitable patina will emerge over time when choosing upholstery of this subtle leather. An upholstered seat and back rest are vertically divided by fine inner stitching to provide optimal comfort and a refined finish.
