Studio Aoiro, HAKUDO MOON — CERAMIC DIFFUSER

Inspired by Aoiro’s moon poem, Yellow Nose Studio uses shapes and materials to explore the relationship between the moon and the night. A contrast of rawness with the FIne clay. A freedom of forms that remains abstract.
A moon diffuser with two organically contoured ceramic objects. A half circle and a pillar expose their raw surfaces, where it is ideal to drip the essence of hakudo moon. Other facets are glazed in mat white, generating a unique contrast as one explores new angles of sculpture.
